Link: Canadian Journalists for Free Expression (CJFE)

Alix Buck
Promotions and Communications Coordinator
CJFE is a non-partisan advocate of free expression and freedom of information. CJFE, Canadian Association of Journalists, Newspapers Canada, The Centre for Law and Democracy, the Canadian Taxpayers Association, and a coalition of other organizations have created a joint statement on Access to Information (ATI) reform in Canada posted online and sent to the federal parties. As you know, access to information has gotten worse and worse in Canada over the past decade. We want to make this a real election issue.

CJFE is also running a letter-writing campaign to raise public awareness and make ATI an election issue. Please spread this link to help make Access to Information and Government transparency an election issue this October, by sharing it either on your website/social media channels or at your various shows. http://cjfe.org/ati-reform-2015-letter
